Application process and enrollment.
Early application and enrollment are recommended, as the allotment of places will be limited. We are a new program and want to build gradually and offer a premium, tailored experience for the students—quality over quantity.
You will fill out the above application form.
Each application is carefully reviewed, and each applicant, along with their parents, will participate in a short video call to further go over their application and interest in the program to see if they would be a good fit. Also, within this call, we may do a quick assessment of the applicant’s Spanish level. Remember, there is no prior level needed, but we want to measure each applicant’s level to make sure they are placed correctly for their classes. After the call, we may follow up with further questions if any more information is needed.
Once accepted, the applicant will be notified and will have 3 business days from the time (USA EST) the acceptance email is sent to accept or decline. Placements are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The non-refundable deposit will be 1000 euros. It will be required to be paid upon the applicant’s acceptance.
Applications are not automatically accepted even if the applicant wishes to join immediately. Living abroad is a new experience for most. We want to ensure the applicant, their parents, the host family, and the program are a match.
The process is quite quick, and we wish to have all placements and filled by the end of 2026.
We anticipate placements to fill quickly, so the sooner the applicant and the parents can come to a decision, the better it will be for all involved. If you think you might know others who would be interested, you can refer them to us or allow us to contact them directly.
